That's an EM4 mini, the Tinpot Dictator. If I get in the right mood, I'll finish his henchwomen, the JudeoBimbos, and post pics here. Don't hold your breath though.

Sorry a little misunderstanding here. Actually if i am not mistaken the manufactor was set to GW when I posted the previously comment. So I thought GW had based a mini on nazist or fascist. I think it is ok that a manufactor make some nazi models, but if GW had based some 40000 game models on nazist. Well that would just be wrong.
