Nice custom banner. I'm going to steal that from you :) And the champ spear. I'm really bad at conversion creativity, so it's nice to get ideas like this.
The paint job is by the book, and good. I think the shield wash is too heavy.
Why didn't you go for symetry with the banner (two of the same banner)?
