This guy was the Sea Lion Hero until they did a resculpt and released a boxed set of Sea Lions... In UWZ this is a Capital personality I just don't know wich... Charles Stone or Nathan Parish... On his base I have him labeled as Charles Stone. ~Geeze

That's Nathan R. Parish, the special character for the Admiral Colby's Guard. (The new elite group that uses the old Sea Lion figs) Great paint job, though. :)
