Goblin Army Standard

Army standards need to be big. This flag would be as big a a house in real life. Good. Not so good: it kept falling over. So I made a big base as a contra weight, and whatta you know? It looks even better this way. Tell me what you think! Cheers, Dikkemik/Dennis.

The flag looks good, and I agree that the big base adds something great to this! Also like the orc's face, good expression and ditto barkel's comments on his red nose.

Man, I feel your pain about the model tipping. I just finished my goblin army standard bearer. The model is metal, but so is the banner, so it kept falling over. I finally had to put him on a 25mm base for extra support, and I glued a nickel to the bottom of it. He probably won't tip now. But enough about me. Your model is very nice. That standard obviously took some time. It is impressive. Also the base is very nice. I like the figures armoured arms, but I feel like the painting could use a little more highlights. I just don't feel like you've done the awesome flag justice with its carrier. However, I do like the pink on the end of his nose. Overall, flag 8.5, base, 8, goblin 6 or 6.5.
