@Jager The runes on the Base are dwarvish (Khuzdul) and say "Balin Fundinul" what means "Balin, Son of Fundin"

I like the colours you've chosen, gives him a nice regal yet combat-ready look. The trim on the cloak is nicely done, and I like the base.
