Converted Hero/Lord for my high army. I extended his head dress stuck some flames in the middle (my army is based on the theme of fire) also gave him a bow and arrows, he also has his hand on the hilt of his sheathed sword which you cant see. All the bits from this conversion are from the high elves plastic boxed sets.

Too much red. You could have used a couple of different colours. If you just wanted red, then you could of used different shades of red so that everything doesn't look the same. Nice effort; keep at it.
