Orc Lord Conversion

This mini is the most extensive conversion that I have ever done. I cut two mini's in half and both the arms off so I could reposition the left arm and add a new right arm. The head has a new right eye and right ear as well as a couple of new teeth. This is the first time that I have done such an extensive base as well. I am quite happy with the results. Comments are welcome.
