Forgot to mention the sword, I think it looks too dark. The black underneath comes thorugh too much for a nice shining sword wielded by a human. But off course if it's to be scavenged from some orc . . .?

But IMHO there's too many colours on yer fella there. Even though a bard could be quite fancy in his dress I would keep him more away from the jester look.
