I like this a lot. We need more skaven pics like this. They're hard to paint well. I like the winter style with the lighter colors. Did you consider going pure white instead of blue/grey for the cloak? I've also been trying to paint ragged clothing lately. It always ends up too clean. Need some discoloration, dirt or blood around those holes in the cloak. This guy looks like he just had it cleaned.
