Duke Gerard

When I first saw this mini it was clear to me that I had to start a templar army. The miniature miniature somehow has a kind of divine majesty. Great sculpting job by B. Jackson :) Well, I tried to come up to the miniatures quallity with the paintjob. Hope you like it ;) Comments are allways welcome!

Ok, thx for all the comments! I see the problems with the SENMM, but this is the very first time I use this technique - so dont be to hard ;). But I really can not agree to some comment: there is a blending from blue to white. And when i compare this mini to others (and try to be impartial) I really can't understand a rating of 7.0 ... hmm, well nevermind but thats my own opinion :/

I have to agree with some of the earlier comments, it really looks like different parts of the model were painted by different people! Namely, the gold NMM and the cape look fantastic, the SENMM just doesn't work, the horizon lines aren't straight, and there's no blending from white to blue or brown...

there,s just something missing from this one and i think its the way you have done the face. i don,t know i just get the impression you put 100% into some areas and have dropped slightly in others and it has showed, still better than most tho
