You have a basic neatness to your painting which is a good start. Now you just need technique to go with it. The base also needs to be fixed up.

I like the paintjob, but the base is pretty boring. Only one colour and no details....

You have a nice sense of color and neat painting skills. I really like the stripes on the cloth... a little more depth of highlighting and shading and you'll be scoring way higher. :)
