How you have painted the gold is beyond me! It is absolutely awesome, the texture really makes it unique (and a technique i'd pay for!) Overall i think it would be better rated if there was a little more depth ie deeper shades, but excellent in any case.
I think that this is not scoring as high as it should, the overall theme of the mini is great and the work that has gone into the metallics is excellent. I like to see well done metallics and you have done just that. The base is also very well done a nice simple look that compliments the mini well.
M y only gripe and it is very small is that the red needs highlighting further as do his fingers. But as I said that is a small gripe and doesn't detract from the mini at all.
