Vampire Queen...

Would love to hear any advice / tips you might have for me... I'm still fairly new to the scene.

I'd agree with vincegamer. The chair looks pretty good. I think thinning your paint considerably and painting in more layers would help, as would learning to blackline. Very cool mini!

Nice Vampirella look to her. Keep painting and with practice comes improvement. You did nice shading details on the throne with some dry brushing. Some of your paint looks a bit too thick, you could try watering it down a bit. You have a great eye for color.

The chair looks good. Nice and smooth. The skin on her looks very heavy and glossy. Good color choices though. I think the face needs more lines and definition.
