Balin from the Shadow and Flame expansion for the Lord of the Rings game by GW. Problems i see: the eyes, i just couldn't get them right so i opted for dark dots. Also, the detail on the inside of the cloak is crap compared to some of the stuff on this website, but it's the best I could manage! All comments are welcome
