this model is good. The skull on the base is a funny brown. Try make it appear burnt or more dirty (if your going for dirty look make the base dirty as well the green next to a dirty skull looks wierd).
I think you did a great job on this model. His face makes him look pissed and the effect on the sword is great! For an extra point make the base more detailed and fill in the gap near the foot. For a point beyond that, add another color, it's an overly limited pallete I think.
