2368-The Raven

I'm still having trouble with taking a picture of my mini, although I am getting better at it. There seems to be a haze over the image that I cann't quite get rid of. Anyway, I painted this mini for a friend that is in our D&D game. He is playing a drow wizzard and wanted him painted in bright colors. Well, tell me what you guy think, all comment, snipes, put downs, are welcomed and encourged.

Well, it's funny. I just had a friend ask me to paint the very same miniature, for his human mystic theurge character, but he asked for the opposite, pretty much monotone color scheme. However, I really do like the bright colors. THey sometimes clash, but not every D&D character has a sense of color style, right, plus, sense of style may range from culture to culture. On the paint job, I've seen drow skin done many different ways but this color seems to suit the miniature best. The face, shrouded in darkness, lends an air of mystery to the whole figurine. I love it.
