Cute usage of the Reaper weasel familiar. As for Shae, the colours are well-chosen but the mini overall could use a lot more depth (shading/highlighting - you have the right idea with the pants) as well as better "separation" between the colours - e.g. a dark wash between the cloak and body/arm. The hair would look better with a medium brown wash and highlights almost to white for the light blonde look.
