The witch and skull is 'Rozalea, The Witch' by Legion of the Cow. The rest is scratch built. The whole setup is inspired by 17th century Vanitas still life paintings. This was my entry in the Rotten Harvest contest by Wyrd Miniatures where it won the 'best in show'.
