So Kargas get his tattoos and he´s now the Boss of the "Neon High Tigers" (everyone how´s intrested in good steampunk scifi should read "Alastair Reynolds - Terminal World" ) This Bust is very cool, with a lots of options to paint. Really so much volumes to discover...just great.
