Huntress Arouna Jelavic (Nutsplanet Boxart)
My last boxart for Nutsplanet is probably one of the most complex and difficult painting i've ever done. The figure is full of super micro-details, and has a veryy cool mood. After i did the scouter by Nutsplanet in a very realistic cinematografic style, here i try a complete different approach: i paint her like a "illustration on paper", in a kind of fusion between manga style and an "occidental" comic. I really enjoy the the time painitg her, hope you like! if i find the time i would try post some explanation about techinque and colors work in the future.
