Super Dungeon Explore - Kaelly Nether Strider & Kunoichi Candy

Tried Super Dungeon Explore on last GenCon and bought a couple of minis. The game itself didn't grabbed me, but minis was so cute I could not resist painting them :) I was experimenting with color scheme on these, and it became quite complicated. First, I decided to try Munsell color wheel (instead of regular Itten color wheel usually used in color theory). Munsell color wheel is based on a real physical spectrum, while Itten color wheel is a bit siplified for color schemes purposes. Supposedly, Munsell color wheel can give more natural feeling to a color scheme. Second, I tried split-complimentary color scheme stretched on three different miniatures. I wanted to achieve different look and feel on each one, and at the same time keep colors limited by only one color scheme. I have to admit, SDE minis are a nightmare to prepare. But still I had a lot of fun painting them and I'm quite happy with the final result.
