This is the limited edition beastman standard bearer from the army box. I went for a flayed skin look to his banner, with a simple bloody rune.

Thanks Tammy and Elgo, you´re both right. I´ve reworked a bit of this guy and i will do some more, some time. Look out for a repost of him. I´ll be doing the same with the Orges as well.

The mini is OK but the blood on the axe looks a little artificial

nice work man, the only prob i've got with it is that, although the banner is supposed to look like skin, the elf head and the skin on the beastman skull are too similar. Maybe a slightly different tint would've been better in a contrasty kinda way....did that make sense? i'm being a bit vague today... Tammy
