My painting is no where near some of the quality that appears on here, but I want to improve and the only way to improve is to show it off and see what people think.

What I can say is its well painted and very neat and clean.that tells me you have very good brush control..what we need is to push you to change some things and do things diff...1 tip I can give is the orange edging highlights try to make them on the next model very tight and thin it makes the model pop where as if the lines are too thick than it really doesn't work the same.so tighten your edge highlights making them thin and str8..that's the biggest tip regarding GW models with panel armor the edge highlights...
also thin your paints much more it shoukd take several coats to apply even the base color highlights/shades no matter what multiple layers work best for every aspect...other than that good job.
