I really like your choice of colours for the Queen herself...and the gold piping is a lovely little extra touch...well done!
Her face is excellent...and this is what pushes the piece up to an eight overall.
I do think that the stone work and basing really let it down overall though. You have have had the splendid idea of the setting ...but the colours of the throne and pillar..lack of detail and highlights, its just not up to the rest of your excellent work. The base is also too small I think...put it on a slightly wider, and round base...touch-up the stone work and im sure this would push up to a 9!
