Grey Knight Brother Nerva

Part of seven-strong Grey Knight squad in my Imperial Guard Army. I have not chosen the conventional blue-steel colour, for two reasons. One, it is cliched and I don't like it. Two, my Grey Knights are in mourning for an Imperial Guard captain who saved their lives, at the cost of their own. That is why they have no personal heraldry. this is my first "proper" painted mini. I am only 15, so any tips and help will be greatly appreciated.
