There are some nice bits here, but also some really sloppy stuff. There is green from the cloak on his ankle and on his hair, and flesh colour from the foot on the base. That and the spooky eyes. To tone down the eye colour, try using an antique white and mixing in a dab of the flesh colour, and add a dark line to the top to indicate the shadow from the top eyelid.

Looks pretty decent, but the eyes are a bit off, try to make them look less like reptile slits.

I think this figure has a few things that could be improved. First the eyes make him look kind of hypnotized. You could try shaping the eyes more almond with a dark color or adjust the position of the pupils to not show a full circle. Second I think you could add another level or two to the highlights. The reds, greens and the backpack show promise but look unfinished to me. I like the nmm on the chain. You've got a nice mini here.
