This mini was a big experiment with weathered nmm and different nmm recipes for me and I had a lot of fun painting him. Basically I used many layers of very thin washes/glazes of different colors on the nmm and rehighlighted some areas afterwards. Comments are always welcome and thanks for looking :)

superb weathered NMM's, it took me a while to realize that it wasn't MM's that have been used.. the chestplate is my favourite together with the kneepads. The arm isn't as good as the rest of the metal, can't figure out why though.. also a good choice of colours, a really good "matri" feel on the model. Good use of browns on the trousers as well. - DL

A good effort here. I particularly like the knee pads and spats! Have a look at the same figure painted up with magnificent NMM by nejoho on 26th September 2003, and compare the two. What do you all think?? I do like your pads and spats better! Overall....VERY GOOD INDEED!!
