The Dark Knight
I have only painted one other mini for display. Generally speaking, my skill level is tabletop and all that I usually paint I intend to game with. However, this mini was too tempting. I first saw Adam West as Batman as a kid in the 1960's. I read comics and tolerated Michael Keaton and Val Kilmer. I cringed at George Clooney! I loved Frank Miller's tweaking of the character and how that set the wheels in motion for the comics and media since. I really liked Christian Bale in the Christopher Nolan movies. I'm reserved about the casting of Ben Affleck, but who knows? In short I'm a Bat-freak! I chose an old objective marker as the base, because I thought it would look better than the base provided.
