Good miniature, well painted. I am far from the most proficient painter on this site, but I do have a couple of suggestions that you may find helpful. First, try watering your paints down a little more, if you don't then the effect can be a little grainy, which looks to be the effect on his helmet in particular. And second, you don't always need to highlight up using white, in particular on reds, the effect is to highlight with pink which is probably not what was desired. Perhaps use a complementary colour like orange or yellow to highlight in the case of red? Finally, you could perhaps try a wash to tone down some of the pastel effect of highlighting with white so extensively, this would give your model some real depth. Games Workshop do a good line in washes. I hope this helps.
