Orc Warboss on Wyvren

I used the spear from the plastic Warboss kit, the shield from the Finecast Black Orc Warboss and I added helmet horns from a plastic Boar Boy helmet. Feedback is most welcome. I decided to forego painting scratches and chips on the armour, should I add these? Any different colours or techniques I could use to help improve? Thanks for looking.
