Imperial Fists Captain in Terminator armour

This is an Imperial Fist Captain I did for a painting competition hosted by GW Stockholm, and it managed to win the 40k Single category – pretty sweet! I’ve wanted to do a really beefy, majestic Imperial Fist for a long time, and it was great to add up the different bits for this guy – the Space Marine range is just really good for kitbashing . After I’d started giving him a lot of red details I realized he’s probably a 3rd company Captain. The name Eshara is from a character in Storm of Iron, who leads the 3rd against the Iron Warriors and… I think he gets eaten by a Daemon prince. Well, this figure could represent his livelier days, I guess. Anyway, a really fun model to do. Hope you like it!
