I'm pretty proud of this one. I converted this model by cutting the center out of an old Raider chasis and converting various other pieces together. I wanted my Venoms to look like the rest of my army, which is primarily old school Dark Eldar models.

I don't know if it's the pictures but this one looks a lot better then the other dark eldar I've seen so far of you. If I were you I'd work on the metal though. The other colors are fine but the metal just doesn't cut it. Also the rock on the bottom I'd give an extra light drybrush (maybe even with white?) to give it some more depth.
