I was just using building bitz I had in my tool box, so no plan just make something out of them, but you are right that is too large for the base i made :)
I quite like the way this piece is painted and it fits in with the other pieces that you have made. The water effect works well. However on this piece I do wonder how part of a larger building has happened to end up on a much smaller pedestal - at least that's how it looks to me. Otherwise keep up the good work.
