Please excuse the slightly blurred lense on this pic. I didn't notice until i was collating the pics. Anyhow, enough of the excuses. This is, as the title suggests. Commander Coleman Stryker of the Cygnarian Army. a fun mini to paint and it combines some great fantasy and steam punk imagry. i took 4 shots so you could see what this chap looks like all around, the sculpt is worth it (from the armour on the front to the machinery and drapery on the back). Any comments are welcome :)

Thanks :) - I have to admit that whilst I appreciate the skill involved in nmm I personally can't stand the stuff, so for now it's metallics all the way. And I'll work on that blending :)

Looks great - yes, I agree, metallics capture the feel of steam punk better. The highlighting on his rump isn't as smooth as elsewhere.

I like the fact that you went for the metalic paint look rather than NMM. Gives him a more realistic, battlefield feeling. Great color choices as well with the robes and hair.
