Well, hmm... First: thin down your paints- it can be seen on the camo that you don't do this. Second: Avoid white on such a large surface - you cannot shade it properly, and when there's no shading it doesn't look good. Third: try to spend more time after gluing the model but before painting it on removing mould lines, excess glue and gaps between parts - use modelling putty or greenstuff. Fourth: I know that you want to make paint scheme different than GW's, but you made some mistakes: dark camo and large white surfaces... it just can't go with each other. there are two ways to make it look better- 1) instead of dark "flowing" camo do geometric, clearly defined shapes. it will no longer be camo, but will look bold on the table. 2) make camo lighter, mixing colours together where they meet. make some light grey and green patches on the white, as above. it will then look definitely as winter camo. If you use plain white table to play most often, use 1)option. if you play on a variety of surfaces, coose whatever suits you best.
I hope that i helped you a little. Good luck!
