Strange City: Ambergris Avenue, part I
This took about two months to complete, and just in time, roughly, to mark my first painting anniversary. I wanted to tell a strange tale of a strange city; there's quite a lot going on there... The inspiration came from different places, Paris, Dishonored by Arcane Studios, the Thief series, and The City of Saints and Madmen by Jeff Vandermeer. Parts of the diorama are from Kobblestone Miniatures, while the rest (apart from accessories such as crates and barrels) is scratch-built. The bulk of part II is already made, and all from scratch...
