Rokket Kar, Ork Buggy

Ok, so Rokket Kar was built for GorkaMorka and if I can find my photo albums I'll show you how it first looked. (hint: Yello)(with a big arrow on it)(and goofy tyres). As it is now, it's still one of my original Ork Buggies from around 2000 or so. The inspiration for the Kar was of course a Pulsa Rokket. At the time I didn't have 20 bucks to buy one, and if I did, I didn't want to wait for the local shop to get me one, so... It's made from Sculpey. The rivets are short lengths of plastic rod that have been glued into holes that were drilled with a pin vice. After it all looked like a porcupine, the rods were trimmed to the same length and a lit match was held near them until they mushroomed into rivets. Fiddly? You bet. (but not that hard after all). Voila: One Pulsa Rokket! The driver is an old Scorcha Gunner. The exhaust pipes on the side are from the Epic Ork Great Gargant. (some of the most usefull bitz this side of a big shoota ). The front axle is mostly two old plastic Ork Plasma Pistols, a guard hunter killer missle mount bit and a coulple of old Adeptus Titanicus/Space-M arine infantry base banner poles. Fun. Oh, and the back fins are red, only the nitro bottles are orange.

What a brilliant conversion! I can't believe you built the pulsa rocket from scratch..what a hero! The whole idea in itself is pure genius. I never looked at a pulsa rocket and thought, 'buggy'. Truly magnificent, especially considering your construction methods...
