The transitions between colours on cape is way to sharp and big. you should try to have atleast one more step inbetwwen and just have som higlights with the stronger colour. Green looks much better, should properbly benefit from a edge lightning with some light green. Also the red needs more contrast.
You have a base to stand on in your painting and with some practise your table top standard will go up.
