THRUDD! the Barbarian

This was an absolute blast to paint! Andy Foster has excelled with this sculpt really bringing three dimensional life to Carl Critchlow's comic... er... hero i guess. Okay, so maybe a pile of heads would have fitted better than a sandy wasteland, but the model is great and the time invested in the skin tones was certainly worth it in the end.

Best skin tones I've seen on thrud by far. I'd give you a 9 but I'm not sure about the red axe. Good work!

thanks Inge, i'm trying to catch up with you ;) . oh, and the axe wouldn't have been so bloody if it was anyone else... but this IS Thrudd, and i thought a young viking lass would appreciate it... :D
