The colour scheme looks really good very nurgley. There a few areas which could have done with some extra like the guts and particularly the face.

Fuseboy
I prefer this to the usual nurgle colour scheme, which is a much lighter and brighter green. This guy seems dirtier. The little familiar on his knee is done especially nicely.
