Dr Who - the Second Doctor
1/8 scale vinyl figure produced by Comet Miniatures in the 1990s. It's about 225mm tall. Painted by me a couple of years ago. The black looks shinier than it actually is. It's mostly glare from the lighting when I took the photo. Very challenging painting black in that scale (I usually do 28mm figures) so I kept it as subtle as I could.
