Happened to be wandering around and was wondering if you repainted? I would be interested in how it looks. Family and work kept me away from my obsessions for a long time and this reminded me that I have one of these packed away in my basement...I think I may need to repaint also. It is a magnificent piece isn't it?

This is one heck of a model to redo over again! Good luck! I'll be very interested to see how it looks twenty years on! The current base colour is actually pretty good...I guess the base could use refreshing...but then it is one heck of a posed piece! Thanks for sharing !
