I was in the mood to paint a lot of neat things from Japan based art and lore. It took me awhile to find the right piece to paint it on but this bust from forged monkey seemed perfect. I thought basing the paintings on the Yakuza body tattoos seemed to fit him. I hope you like him.

Very nice, wasn't sure about the black skin at first but after reflection I'm liking more and more. Super freehand as usual but the face steals the show for me.
