My entry into the VA Marine, Boring into Art friendly competition. Didn't get him done by the deadline, thanks to a nasty bout of lethargy/paint block. But, here he is now. Painted as a member of the Salamander chapter, which I admit I am not entirely familiar with, so the markings/badges etc may not be 'fluff proper'. The greens seem to have lost some of their contrast in the pics as well, but that's my camera for you. :)

IMO, the green is the weakest part, maybe being a touch flat, but the stylized flames and details are awesome! Very cool Serpent too! Way to go :D - Glyn

Nice one. That green really rocks. There isn't really much you can do with a basic SM but that is a really good example of what can be done. Like the freehand snake...
