The weathering looks good to me, and I like your style - nice and neat. Paradoxically, I think you need to be neat with orks, because if you paint them messily they really do look like something your kid has put together at school with yoghurt pots and cardboard!! However, I think the claws on the feet could do with more weathering or maybe some shiny scratches.
