Thanks for asking Nurgle81 and the generous rating. I think I started with a light blue and washed the darker recesses with a thin date blue glaze, then followed up with a light blue/white spot highlight. It was a while ago now that I painted this chappy so I'm not 100% certain but that's how I usually go about that kind of effect. Nice and simple to achieve ;) at my kind of painting level.
