Well, according to White Dwarf, the wulfens had been lost for a long time into the eye of terror and as they have no spare parts to repair their armour, they use parts from the chaos marines armour.
This is my first space marine, and as I have no idea of the colours of each chapter I painted this one as he appeared in the box cover.
