I painted this model for the local GW LOTR painting contest and took 1st. The model is good but some of the detail in the hair and chainmail isnt sculpted ver well. I think overall he turned out well though. I will have to paint his brother up soon. Comments are always welcome and enjoy.

OK. Yep there were 3 categories and I took 1st in 2 and tied for 1st in the 3rd one. And I did post a detailed shot of him, but the rock is a real "rock" more like small stone and the leaves and shrubbery are real as well. He was only one nights work as well, so I'm sure there are alot of things that could use work. :)

2 questions first was there a categorie where you didn t take 1 st at your local gw store ;]] sec. can we get a clouse up from the face the cloak could need some details and the under skirt is 2 hard blend out witch stuff you made the rock on the base???
