Deranged Helper
DERANGED HELPER "Childslayer, Red-hatted Lurker" Here's my last year's Christmas miniature. I've been always slightly disappointed that most of the time when miniature manufacturers publish their Christmas themed minis they are just separate amusement pieces, usually representing companys' own game worlds' creatures with some Christmas attire on them. Not so lore friendly. That's why I wanted to create a mini that's believable in its world, meaning that it doesn't make you think "hey, that guy doesn't belong there!". So I had to decide what elements I should include in the mini so that the observer understands the subtle hint of our world's Christmas and the mini would also fit in the game world, Warhammer's Old World, without breaking the immersion. So here he is: deranged helper from the northern parts of Old World! Having in mind what looms in that region, I think you can easily figure out his background.
