Mounted Knight of the Lion 1 - Alahan

Well, here is my first knight for my Confrontation army and I have three more to go. I think he turned out rather well. My wife "paintwidow" better beware once I get the rest of my knights done for even though her Wolfen are powerful my knights have Strength 15 in a charge. Her Wolfen will be hurtin when I impale them on the end of my lances. Oh yeah, any comments are appreciated.

Mini Haven
I used GW Scab Red first and then GW Brown Ink. I then went back with Red Gore over the armor fairly close to the filigree. I highlighted parts of the armor with Blazing Orange and then went over that several times with a watered down Red Gore. The filigree I did with GW Golden Yellow and highlighted areas of it with GW Sunburst Yellow. However, I think you could get by without giving it a base coat of Scab Red and use the Red Gore there too.

Oooh, pretty... what a fabulous red color you've achieved. What colors did you use? You make me want to dig mine out and paint them now :)
